| 1. Preparation Safety Briefing Video is making most of their productions on the location of the operation. So the first contacts will most likely go by e-mail. We'd like to know were the operation is, which aircrafts are used for what kind of operation. Then we'll be able to make you a tailor-made offer. Because our safety briefings are build out of chapters, a safety briefing for a second aircraft will be lower in price while a lot of the material of the first can be used. Besides that, a lot of things like the shot-list and voice-over text are on stock. On location we'll need a small desk close to the airport/hangar for the period of our stay. 2. Orientation Straight after arrival we'll check equipment, take a look at the environment and start -by some samples we bring- the primary discussion about your ideas and wishes. Then we'll look at the aircraft, visit locations and make a script & shot-list adapted to your environment and requirements. We'll discuss the script and shot-list and only if all is to your satisfaction we'll go from there. 3. Shooting the footage After approval of the script and shot-list, we'll start to fit in when we'll be able to make which shots and where. So the actual recording of all necessary footage will be in close cooperation with the people involved. With current digital equip-ment we'll monitor the footage shortly after shooting and maintain an inventory. Mostly we start with the general footage, equipment in the aircraft and so on. For explaining of the use of life jacket, boarding and so on, we mostly like to have 3 local passengers to act in the video. They will be well recognizable as locals by the viewer. All footage is pure digital High Definition P2 material and will be daily stored on our portable storage and editing equipment. If a planned production day can't go on by weather or something else, we'll use that time for primary editing. |
